Orders

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders allow you to secure limited-edition or early-release items before their official release date. DIMBER begins shipping one week before release for domestic orders and two weeks before for international ones. If your order includes a pre-order item, all items ship together once available.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

Contact support@dimber.shop immediately if you wish to cancel or modify your order. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or process cancellations.

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Email support@dimber.shop within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. Our team will ensure the problem is resolved quickly.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 business days, and international orders within 1–2 weeks. Customs delays may extend shipping up to 6 weeks.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If it’s been over 6 weeks since your order shipped, please contact support@dimber.shop with your order number. We’ll help locate or replace your package.

What happens if my package is returned or undeliverable?

If an order is returned as undeliverable (due to address errors or non-collection), we can resend it once additional shipping costs are covered. Please double-check your address before checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

International customers may be required to pay customs or import fees set by their local authorities. These fees aren’t included in DIMBER’s shipping charges. Refusing payment may result in the package being returned and additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

Payments

What payment methods does DIMBER accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Mobile Payments (M-PESA & Airtel Money). All transactions are securely encrypted for your protection.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments can fail due to insufficient funds, billing mismatches, or card restrictions. Verify your information or contact your bank if the issue persists.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Returns

What is DIMBER’s return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email support@dimber.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and authorization.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If an item is defective or incorrect, DIMBER covers the return shipping cost.

Vinyl

Why does my new vinyl record look dusty or dirty?

Minor surface dust is common from vinyl pressing plants. Clean your record with a soft, anti-static cloth before the first play for the best sound quality.

My vinyl is noisy or skipping. What should I do?

Clean the record, then check your turntable’s tonearm and stylus alignment. If issues persist, contact support@dimber.shop with a short video demonstrating the problem.

Can I exchange my record for a better copy?

If your vinyl remains defective after cleaning and testing, we’ll evaluate a replacement. Photos or videos may be requested to verify the issue.
